Webs are produced on Thibeau’s Excelle™card system and the delivery is enhanced through the combination of profiling the web within the cross lapper and adjusting the doffer speeds with ProDyne™.

NWS is able to far surpass traditional industry standards of plus/minus 10% on both web weight and web thickness. In addition, this uniformity further allows for exceptionally low deviation in the air permeability (CFM) of webs used in such products as respirators and micron rated felts.
